Teachers, give your students a unique opportunity to handle household items used by families in earlier times with the National Trust's Discovery Boxes. There are 30 everyday items split across three themed boxes, including the Kitchen, Laundry and Shed.
All boxes come with Conversation Cards that ignite discussion about differences in the past and present and changes in technology over the years.
Boxes are loaned free of charge for two weeks at a time. Check availability and book your preferred date. You will need to collect and drop off the boxes at The National Trust Western Australia's Head Office in West Perth.
